The orange on the spine is just a half-shade lighter than the front panel. A 5' sticker price is affixed to the spine. McIlvaine, A41B, states "Herbert Jenkins reprinted through 1969; the tenth printing, about 1945, made 76,175 copies." This copy is the ninth printing, hence my guesstimate.
