Dartt - pp 108-109, 1971 ed. Even though I am confident that this is the first US edition, the data from Dartt is pretty slim. Just a note in passing that Syracuse University Library has a copy. Newbolt has a lot to say about the various UK imprints but is silent regarding the US appearance. This copy is slightly soiled to the front panel.
