This copy is the later state because the "US 30" has been dropped from the title page and the spine of the book and the spine of the dust jacket. Folding map tipped in at the rear. A very clean, bright, and solid copy. The dust jacket has some loss a the head of the spine impacting the title. "The" is missing entirely and "Oregon" is missing the "R." The jacket in any condition is quite rare because it is printed on a fragile crepe style paper. Scharf & Schoyer, # 717.
