Small previous book shop tab lightly tipped in at the hinge of the front free endpaper. In the complete dust jacket which remains quite bright and pleasing. Dust jacket art by Sam Brown. A few minor chips at the spine ends and one short closed tear along the bottom edge towards the fore-edge. A very clean, bright and attractive copy. Lofts and Adley does not list the US edition, only the UK of 1923. Kiddle does list it on page 21, W25. If he is correct then the US edition precedes the UK.
