With two full page portraits of Dugdale with another page of facsimile signatures and two large fold-out geneological tables. An index to this volume presents, in effect, a bibliography of Dugdale, listing his published volumes and comments regarding their publication. This volume is bound in recent full calf with borders and interior sections elaborately tooled. Six compartments on the spine with gilt floral designs and the author and title in gilt on a deep crimson leather label. The date is provided in gilt at the foot. There is some scattered foxing, most notable on the two portraits of Dugdale, but only on the outer portions - the images are clean. An altogether lovely copy of this scarce volume.
