It has two Library of Congress marks; a bookplate on the front paste-down and a small red stamp on the ffep stating that this copy was a surplus duplicate. The Library of Congress plate is white with a circular image with Library of Congress within the orbit. The number 1800 is in the center of the circle and a perched eagle with wings spread sits atop the circle. Contains observations regarding English Irish relations.
